On December 1, LY.com was removed from TrustYou. Historic reviews will be kept, however, no new reviews will be added in TrustYou Analytics. The reason is that LY.com duplicates nearly all of their reviews from other websites such as Ctrip and Elong, which has caused confusion among our customers and does not add value.
